Lisa Jackson
Assistant Director
Lisa was born and educated in England where she attained a
degree in Drama & Sociology from the University of Surrey.
Having
worked for various small theatrical companies since leaving college, Lisa then
went on to work for one of the top 5 production houses, E & B Productions,
in the West End of London. She joined the company in 1993 as 'right-hand'
person to impresario Paul Elliott, assisting on such shows as the
internationally successful Buddy - The
Buddy Holly Story and the Olivier Award-winning production, Jolson,
both in England and Toronto. She worked her way through the ranks becoming
Associate Producer in 1999 where she was responsible for the artistic
co-ordination and implementation of 33 simultaneous pantomime productions which
were presented in England's premiere theatre houses.
Summer 2001 saw a dramatic change in Lisa's life which brought her to the
shores of California. She is delighted to be working for Speaking of Stories.
