ZACHARY LEVI
Zachary
Levi was born in Lake Charles, Louisiana, as the middle child between two
sisters. He grew up all over the country, finally taking up roots in Ventura
County, California. Throughout his travels, Zachary has kept his love of
performing alive, and his dream of establishing himself as a respected film,
television and stage actor becomes more and more a reality. He has been seen in
leading roles in such regional productions as Grease, The Outsiders,
Oliver, The Wizard of Oz and Big River. It was his
portrayal of Jesus in Ojai’s Godspell that brought him to the attention
of Hollywood. A few months later, he landed a series regular role in the NBC
pilot "Just Married". Zachary was then cast in another NBC pilot as a
series regular opposite recording artist Sisqo and the legendary Bob Newhart.
Just before landing the role of "Kipp" in a pilot for ABC directed by
Terri Minsky, Zachary completed a supporting role in the made for television
movie Big Shot: The Confessions of a Campus Bookie, which recently
aired on FX.
