FALINE ENGLAND

Faline England currently lives in Los Angeles working as an actress in film and television. She graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara, in 1998 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in theatre. She has appeared in several Speaking of Stories' performances and is honored to be, once again, working with Maggie Mixsell. Some of her credits include Nip/Tuck, Medium, C.S.I., Without a Trace, Numbers, The Agency, The Least of These (with Isaiah Washington), Midnight Clear (with Stephen Baldwin), and Chasing October (with Dennis Franz, Bernie Mac and Gary Sinise). On stage, she was last seen as The Governess in The Turn of the Screw at the Rubicon Theatre in Ventura, which was nominated for an L.A. Ovation Award for Best Play. She played Ann in All My Sons also at the Rubicon, (L.A. Ovation Award Nomination for Best Featured Actress). She has received four Santa Barbara Independent Theatre Awards for the roles of Viola in Twelfth Night, Roxie Hart in Chicago, Angellica in The Rover, and Flayjennnie Eroticus (a two person show she co-wrote, produced and starred in). Faline will be returning to the Rubicon Theatre in April as Meg in Crimes of the Heart. She studies with Diana Castle at The Imagined Life Studio in Los Angeles.
