BRIAN HANSEN
Brian
Hansen grew up in Santa Barbara and began his work in theatre on this very
stage. After graduating from Santa Barbara High School and receiving his B.A.
from UCLA, he went on to earn his Ph.D. in theatre from the University of
Minnesota. Now, having retired from the faculty of the Department of Theatre and
Dance at the University of New Mexico, he has returned to the scene of his
earliest infatuation with the stage. He teaches part-time at UCSB and hopes to
act and direct in an even more vigorous community theatre than he remembers from
his youth.
