MATT TAVIANINI
Matthew
is pleased to be making his debut with Speaking of Stories. He has been an
actor/performer for over 20 years and currently is an actor/producer with the
BOXTALES Theatre Company and directs the annual Shakespeare show at Open
Alternative School. He is a graduate of UCSB where he received his B.F.A. in
acting and Florida State University/Asolo Conservatory where he received his
M.F.A. in acting. He has studied movement theater with Sigfrido Aquilar at the
Estudio Busqueda de Pantomimo Teatro in Guanajuato, Mexico and with James Donlon
at the University of California Santa Barbara. Other theatres Matthew has
enjoyed working at include the Westport Playhouse, Odyssey Theatre, Santa
Barbara Shakespeare Festival, Ogunquit Playhouse, Asolo Theatre, Santa Barbara
Theatre Group, and The Ensemble Theatre.
Matthew
is also a co-founder of the Lit Moon Theatre Company here in Santa Barbara.
