LANCE E. NICHOLS
Lance
E. Nichols is happy to be making his first appearance with Speaking of
Stories. He enjoys a varied career in live theatre and film and T.V. In theatre,
Lance is an Ovation Award Nominee, a two-time NAACP Theatre Award Nominee, a
DramaLogue Award Winner and the recipient of an L.A. Weekly Award. Theatre
credits include A Thimble of Smoke (World Premiere), The Boys Next
Door, Very Truly Yours (World Premiere), Flyin’ West, Habitation
of the Dragons, Spunk (Oregon Shakespeare Festival), A Christmas
Carol (San Diego Rep.), Driving Miss Daisy (Hermosa Beach Playhouse),
A Streetcar Named Desire, and The Lower Depths. On television, he
has guest-starred on "The Practice," "The Bold and The
Beautiful," "NYPD Blue," "Mad About You,"
"Everybody Loves Raymond," "News Radio," "3rd
Rock From the Sun," " The Jamie Foxx Show," "Any Day
Now," and "Picket Fences." Film credits include: Frailty
with Matthew McConaughey and K-PAX with Kevin Spacey and Jeff Bridges.
Lance is a native of New Orleans. He would like to give thanks to God for his
wife Lynell of 22 years and to his three daughters Kiantra, Erin and Alyssa.
