GREGORY MACDONALD Gregory Mcdonald insists that he was educated while earning
his way through Harvard by creating and running an international yacht
trouble-shooting business. Twice the winner of the Edgar Allan Poe award, past
president of the Mystery Writers of America, described by critics as the
inventor of the sunlight mystery and "The Master of the Pointed
Story", Mcdonald has published 26 volumes (15 of which are mysteries)
including the Fletch, Flynn,
Son of Fletch and Skylar
series. Other Mcdonald titles include Exits
and Entrances, Merely Players, A
World Too Wide and Safekeeping.
Four feature films have been made from his works: Running
Scared, Fletch, Fletch Lives and The Brave.
