Christopher Buckley
Christopher Buckley is a
political satirist and the author of numerous novels. His novels include:
God is My Broker, Little Green Men, Thank You for Smoking: A
Novel, The White House Mess, No Way to Treat a First Lady, Wet Work,
and Florence of Arabia. Buckley is a graduate of Yale University. He
became the managing editor for Esquire Magazine, and later the chief
speechwriter for Vice President George H. W. Bush. Thank You for Smoking was
adapted into a film script and was produced into a feature film directed by
Jason Reitman, released in 2006.
