Allison Coutts-Jordan
Allison
Coutts-Jordan is pleased to be back for her fourth appearance with Speaking of
Stories. She most recently completed a run as Professor Vivian Bearing in Wit
for the Santa Barbara City College Theatre Group. She is usually recognized
in Santa Barbara for her roles with the Ensemble Theatre Company where she has
been a company member since 1986. Notable performances for ETC include Flaminia
in Changes of Heart, Yvonne in Indiscretions, Sally Truman in
Lips Together, Teeth Apart, Regina in Little Foxes, and Maude Mix in
A Coupla White Chicks Sitting Around Talkin’, her very first role with
ETC which she reprised for the 2000 inaugural season at the Rubicon Theatre
Company in Ventura. Award-winning performances include Frances Black in Light
Up the Sky for which she received a 1993-DramaLouge Award and Mary in
Serenading Louie, for which she was honored at the first Santa Barbara
Independent Awards.
